Jeffrey Peotter
joined the InfoNow board of directors in July 2002, bringing more than 21 years of software and high-tech experience to InfoNow. In March 2005, he was elected Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining the board, Jeff served in executive positions with BEA Systems, including Vice President of Corporate Development (2000- 2001), and Vice President, General Manager, and Co-founder of the first division of BEA (1998-2000). From June 1995 through May 1998, Jeff held executive positions in leading global enterprises, including the role of Co-founder and Co-chief Executive Officer of Leader Group, Inc., a software and services production and implementation firm that was later acquired by BEA Systems. Prior to Leader Group, Jeff held key management and sales positions with Sybase, Hewlett-Packard, and AT&T. Currently, in addition to his appointment to the Board of Directors at InfoNow, Jeff is a private investor and business consultant. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board, Jeff serves on the Company’s Audit and Governance Committees.

Allan R. Spies
has been a director since October 2000. Allan brings nearly 30 years of proven operations, finance and management expertise, gained through executive positions in leading global enterprises, to InfoNow’s board. From 1996 to 2000, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of US West, a major telecommunications firm located in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Allan was responsible for internal and external finance including strategy, operations and investor relations. Allan worked for MediaOne from 1993 to 1996; he worked for US West when it spun off from AT&T from 1983 to 1993; and he worked for AT&T from 1970 to 1983. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of eyeRis and IPASS. Allan is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance Committee.

Tim Conner
joined InfoNow’s board of directors in October 2007. He has been a partner at Sequel Venture Partners, a leading technology and healthcare venture capitalist company, since 2000. Prior to Sequel Venture Partners, he was the CFO at Access Health from 1996 to 2000, Managing Director at Lehman Brothers from 1985 – 1996 and a Sales Representative at DataPoint Corporation from 1980 to 1983. He is currently on the board of directors for Avinti Inc., Aztek Networks, Inc., Indicative Software, LeftHand Networks, Inc., Pixxures, Inc., Quova, Inc., XAware, Inc. Tim holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Washington College.

Ram Velidi
joined InfoNow’s board of directors in October 2007. He has been with Sevin Rosen Funds since 2001 and serves as a Partner. He has led SRF investments in financial technology, media infrastructure and healthcare sectors. He is a member of the board of directors at Biap, Jacket Micro Devices, Ceterus and EGT. Ram has a blend of operating and entrepreneurial experience in the wireless industry at Xybridge (NASDAQ: ZHNE), Nortel Networks and Texas Instruments. Ram served as start-up CEO for the SRF investment, Cyntrust, a wireless service provider in the push-to-talk market. His core strength lies in working with cross-functional teams and serving as a bridge between markets and technology. Ram is a graduate of India's Bangalore University and received a MSEE degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a PhD in engineering from Texas A & M – College Station. He is a member of the Texas A&M Electrical Engineering advisory board.

Mark Geene
is the CEO of InfoNow Corporation. Prior to assuming the CEO role in January 2006, he was InfoNow’s Executive Vice President, Field and Client Operations for two years. He joined InfoNow in 2003. He brings more than 20 years of sales, business development and operations experience to InfoNow. In the course of his career, he has held management positions at IBM and Oracle, and senior executive positions at Tenfold Corporation and Dorado Software. At Oracle, Mark served as area vice president for the Midwest region, which contributed $200 million in annual sales. As vice president of sales for Tenfold, Mark and his team grew revenues from $4.5 million to $92 million in two years, and Mark was significantly involved in that company's successful IPO. Most recently, while senior vice president of worldwide sales and field operations at Dorado, Mark and his team delivered significant revenue growth, established key distribution agreements and expanded sales operations to Asia and Europe. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
