Michael Patterson

Before joining Vedanta, Michael was a Principal with Invesco Private Capital ("IPC") from 2001 until 2006 where he was responsible for the analysis and selection of direct investments in information technology. While at Invesco, Michael led the investments in Arcot, Centrify and Consentry. Michael joined AMVESCAP, IPC's parent company, as a Corporate Associate in 2000. He completed several rotational assignments with different business units throughout Invesco including assignments with teams managing the Invesco Technology Fund and the Invesco European Small Cap Fund. Prior to attending Columbia Business School, Michael was an Executive Recruiter with Russell Reynolds, where he focused on the Financial Services industry. Michael graduated from Columbia Business School in 2000 with an MBA in Finance, and from Wesleyan University, with High Honors, with a BA in Latin American Studies in 1995.

Tim Connor

joined InfoNow’s board of directors in October 2007. He has been a partner at Sequel Venture Partners, a leading technology and healthcare venture capitalist company, since 2000. Prior to Sequel Venture Partners, he was the CFO at Access Health from 1996 to 2000, Managing Director at Lehman Brothers from 1985 – 1996 and a Sales Representative at DataPoint Corporation from 1980 to 1983. He is currently on the board of directors for Aztek Networks, Inc., Datalogix, Inc., and Quova, Inc. Tim holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Washington College.

Al Schuele

a high-tech industry veteran of over 30 years, joined Sevin Rosen Funds in 2000 and now heads up the firm's ventures in Austin's dynamic entrepreneurial community. He has held executive and sales positions in several semiconductor companies including Benchmarq, Crystal, Cypress, and Mostek. Al has played key roles in major mergers and acquisitions and has worked extensively in Asian markets. Before joining SRF, Al was CEO of Benchmarq Microelectronics, managing the company through the turbulent Asian financial crisis before negotiating a merger with Unitrode Corporation, where he then served as president and COO.

Mark Geene

is the CEO of InfoNow Corporation. Prior to assuming the CEO role in January 2006, he was InfoNow’s Executive Vice President, Field and Client Operations for two years. He joined InfoNow in 2003. He brings more than 20 years of sales, business development and operations experience to InfoNow. In the course of his career, he has held management positions at IBM and Oracle, and senior executive positions at Tenfold Corporation and Dorado Software. At Oracle, Mark served as area vice president for the Midwest region, which contributed $200 million in annual sales. As vice president of sales for Tenfold, Mark and his team grew revenues from $4.5 million to $92 million in two years, and Mark was significantly involved in that company's successful IPO. Most recently, while senior vice president of worldwide sales and field operations at Dorado, Mark and his team delivered significant revenue growth, established key distribution agreements and expanded sales operations to Asia and Europe. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
