InfoNow Launches New Channel Insight Data Quality Service

InfoNow Corporation (NASDAQ: INOW) today announced that it has launched a new Channel Insight Data Quality Service (DQS) to help clients create and maintain a consistent, accurate and complete view of customers and channel partners across an enterprise.
InfoNow's Channel Insight DQS gives companies a convenient and cost-effective way to leverage their data assets to:

Channel Insight DQS requires no software installation, customization or ongoing client support. It processes customer and channel partner data from multiple operational systems (via batch files or online), uses unique Channel Insight technology to identify the known businesses that make up a company's customer and partner base, and enhances the information with market data, such as company size, vertical market, contact and standardized address information, from business reference databases. It then links individual data records together according to client business rules and assigns unique identifiers to individual entities to eliminate duplicate records and facilitate data management. The resulting data can be used to populate a centralized data warehouse or be delivered to other enterprise systems. The result is a single, highly accurate view of customers and partners that can be used reliably to support real-time marketing, sales, compensation and customer service initiatives.
