Arthur Velasquez is Appointed as Vice President of Operations
Denver October 21, 2008 – InfoNow Corporation, a leading provider of channel data management solutions, today announced the appointment of Arthur Velasquez as vice president of operations. Velasquez has extensive experience in customer service and quality service delivery that will help InfoNow increase its customer delivery capacity to meet the growing demand for services in the on-demand channel data management (CDM) market.

Most recently, Velasquez was vice president of global customer support and sales for Webroot, a provider of software security, where he increased customer delivery capacity, leveraged organizational goals to build high performing teams and molded the company’s on-demand software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Previously, Velasquez served as vice president of customer support and services for Intuit, Inc. where he was responsible for the service operations for the professional tax and accountant-focused division. While at Intuit, Velasquez improved first call customer issue resolutions by 19 percent year-over-year using Six Sigma methodologies. Velasquez has also held executive roles in customer support for McAfee, Inc. and Symantec Corporation.
Velasquez holds a degree in computer operations and programming from Louisiana Tech College.
