InfoNow’s ChannelInsight to Lower Operating Costs and Improve Channel Performance By Automating the Processing of Channel Sales and Inventory Information

Denver November 19, 2009 – InfoNow Corporation, InfoNow Corporation, the leading provider of SaaS-based channel solutions, today announced that Force10 Networks has chosen the company to help reduce channel inventory costs, easily manage price changes, and provide indirect sales channel visibility within Salesforce.com. Using InfoNow’s ChannelInsight for Salesforce CRM, Force10 Networks will accurately identify and attribute sales to Salesforce accounts, as well as gain real-time information about their partners, products and end-customers.

Force10 Networks will leverage ChannelInsight to capture data from its worldwide network of resellers and distributors, and cleanse, identify and enrich the reported information using InfoNow’s industry-leading Global Trading Partner Registry. The resulting sales and inventory information will be matched to Salesforce.com accounts and products, and immediately visible to Force10 Salesforce users. In addition, Force10 will take advantage of InfoNow’s Channel Inventory Optimizer and Pricing Compliance Manager solutions to provide inventory visibility across the global channel, and automate special pricing and discount program management.

By combining reported inventory quantity, location and price information with calculated sales trends and expected balances, Force10 will ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time.

InfoNow is also providing a critical link to Force10’s channel inventory information through behind the firewall integration to internal business management systems to eliminate costly manual data reporting while improving reporting accuracy and timeliness.
