Mark Geene, Chief Executive Officer
Mark Geene is chief executive officer of InfoNow. He joined the company as executive vice president, Field and Client Operations in 2003. Since taking the helm of the company in January, 2006, Geene has completely transformed InfoNow and developed its offering into a software-as-a-service solution. His visionary leadership enabled the company to achieve double-digit revenue growth during 2007 and continue to expand its customer base. Geene’s more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and operations include management positions at IBM and Oracle, and senior executive positions at Tenfold Corporation and Dorado Software. As senior vice president of worldwide sales and field operations at Dorado, Geene drove significant revenue growth, established key distribution agreements and expanded sales operations to Asia and Europe. At Tenfold, Genee served as vice president of sales, growing revenues from $4.5 million to $92 million in two years, and was significantly involved in that company's successful IPO. During his tenure at Oracle, he served as area vice president for the Midwest region, which contributed $200 million in annual sales. Geene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Joe Zurawski, Vice President of Business Development
Joe Zurawski is vice president of business development at InfoNow, where he leads partner management. His responsibilities include expanding the company’s technology, consulting and marketing partner programs, and increasing customer acquisition and success through channel sales. Before joining InfoNow, Zurawski was vice president of worldwide marketing at predictive analytics provider SPSS. His extensive technology industry experience also includes positions at Business Objects and data quality leader FirstLogic, where he led global alliances and product management. Earlier in his career, Zurawski held management roles at System Sensor, Ernst & Young and Motorola. Zurawski received a Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University, a Master of Science from University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago.
Vineet Joshi, Chief Technology Officer
Vineet Joshi is chief technology officer at InfoNow, overseeing the development of all of the company’s software-as-a-service solutions. Since joining InfoNow in 2004, Joshi has also served as vice president of Engineering, chief architect and product development architect. Joshi has more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, in a variety of industry segments, including business intelligence, content management, e-commerce, telecommunications and computer-aided design. He has been a leader in designing and architecting large-scale shared-service based systems for a variety of applications. He served previously in a variety of software engineering and technical management roles at leading technology and communications companies: Thomson Corporation, Affinia, Vignette, WorldCom and Visionael Corporation. Vineet has also been an entrepreneur, co-founding two software consulting companies. Joshi holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Harry Philbrick, Vice President of Operations
Harry Philbrick was named vice president of Operations in June 2006 and oversees projects, services and support for InfoNow customers. He joined the company in 2004 and has served in a variety of roles, including director of ChannelInsight implementations and director of project management. During his career, Philbrick has held technical and management positions at leading technology consulting firms, Keane and Digital Consulting and Software Services, where he consulted to clients including Gateway, Texaco, Shell and Union Carbide. He has more than 13 years of experience working with clients to implement enterprise-wide integration software development projects for in both high-technology and process manufacturing industries. Philbrick has made significant contributions in software engineering, sales, delivery and project management as well as business operations. Philbrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Louisiana State University.
Keith Knowles, Vice President of Marketing
As vice president of Marketing at InfoNow, Keith Knowles oversees product management, product marketing and demand generation. He is charged with advancing the company's software-as-a-service strategy, and growing the customer base. Knowles brings more than seventeen years of marketing experience to InfoNow. Most recently, he was vice president, products and strategy at global business process outsourcer TeleTech, where he spear-headed the company’s software-as-a-service vision, product roadmap and strategy. Earlier in his career Knowles held leadership roles at Amdocs, HP and Applied Materials. Knowles holds a Bachelors of Science degree in business administration, finance and marketing from University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
Dave Martelon, Vice President of Enginnering
Dave Martelon is vice president of engineering at InfoNow. His responsibilities span development of the company’s software-as-a-service solutions, product research and customer support. Before joining InfoNow, Martelon was president and chief technology officer at Solaquillo, an energy company he founded. At Solaquillo, he drove all technical strategy and product development, and received a patent on a renewable energy tower. His fourteen years of technology experience also includes management and development positions at TrueLogic Financial Corporation, Narex, and IQrius. Martelon holds a Bachelors of Science degree in computer science from Purdue University.
Brandon Brancato , Director Finance & Administration
Brandon Brancato was named director of Finance and Administration at InfoNow in June 2006. During his previous five years’ tenure at the company, he served as controller and chief accountant. Brancato has more than ten years of finance, accounting, and Securities and Exchange Commission experience. During his career, he has held positions as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and was chief accountant for Formus Communications. Brancato is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Western Illinois University.
